Entropy using binning.
- Parameters:
- xarray_like
Input data of shape (n_features, n_samples). The data should already be discretize
- basefloat | 2
The logarithmic base to use. Default is base 2.
- n_binsint | 8
The number of bin to be considered in the binarization process
- Returns:
- hxfloat
Entropy of x (in bits)
