frites.workflow.WfMiCombine#
- class frites.workflow.WfMiCombine(wf_1, wf_2, verbose=None)[source]#
Combine outputs of two WfMi workflows.
This class can be used to combine two workflows of WfMi into a single one. The combination is performed by taking the effect size and permutations of both workflows and substract them (i.e. wf_1 - wf_2)
An typical usecase could be :
Fit a first workflow wf_1 for the difference between two stimulus
Fit a second workflow wf_2 for the difference between two other stimulus
Combine the two workflows (wf_1 - wf_2)
Perform the statistics to investigate whether mi_1 > mi_2
- Parameters
- wf_1, wf_2
